Post-Graduate Assistant – 德雷克中心

The 德雷克中心 seeks an assistantship position to cover the front desk reception needs and provide quality customer service. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks in the 德雷克中心 and will care for the center by cleaning, organizing/updating materials, and taking on projects and tasks as need arises. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cover the front desk, greet students in the center, and check students into appointments
  • Manage the 德雷克中心 email inbox into the evening
  • Answer student and staff questions/concerns in the 德雷克中心
  • Assist students as they book appointments Manage emergent day-of staff needs
  • Develop and organize documentation and materials
  • 管理约会(e).g., scheduling, cancellations, etc.)

  • Work on small admin projects

  • Assist with administrative tasks (writing, flyers, data)
  • Organize and supplement resource materials and inventory Assist with workshops, group studies, etc.

Learning Objectives/Opportunities For Student:

  • Gain customer service and coordination experience
  • Develop skills in the development of work and training materials
  • Gain experience managing student needs and day-of scheduling needs (covering and rearranging appts for staff illness and student cancellations)
